Refunds & Cancellations
Current sandbox-service policy. Company registration details and live-sale terms remain to be completed before commercial launch.
Sandbox transactions
Current checkout uses fake test funds. No real-money payment or skin delivery occurs, so there is no real payment to refund. Test receipts are explicitly marked as sandbox receipts.
Before real purchases launch
Our live refund process, cancellation procedure, applicable response times, and payment-provider arrangements must be finalized and disclosed before real sales are enabled. This page is not a promise that live purchasing is currently available.
Consumer protections
Applicable mandatory cancellation rights and remedies for non-delivery, faulty or misdescribed digital items are preserved. Digital-content cancellation rights may change only where applicable law permits and the required express consent, acknowledgement, and confirmation have been obtained. We do not impose a blanket “all sales final” rule.
Failed delivery or incorrect items
For any future live order that fails or differs from the confirmed description, contact us with the reference and relevant evidence. Do not include passwords or full card numbers. We will investigate the payment and delivery records and offer remedies required by applicable law. Sale items retain applicable statutory protections.
Contact and trade reversals
Contact support@skinmarket24.com. Steam trade holds or reversals are not automatically covered by a universal refund guarantee; listing-specific protections and the live policy must be disclosed before purchase. We do not ask you to surrender legal chargeback or complaint rights.
